    DAVID BECK FINANCIAL SERVICES LLC will not reveal any personally identifiable information relating to the client relationship or the affairs of the client, except and to the extent disclosure or use is reasonably necessary:

    (a)  To effect a transaction for the client, or as otherwise implicitly authorized in order to carry out the client engagement; or

    (b)  To comply with legal requirements or legal process; or

    (c)  To defend the Adviser against charges of wrongdoing; or

    (d)  In connection with a civil dispute between Adviser and the client.

    The proscribed use of client information is improper whether to not it actually causes harm to the client.

    FEDERAL PRIVACY ACT OF 1974 (Public Law 93-579)

    In accordance with Section 7 of the Privacy Act of 1974 (found at 5 U.S.C. s 552a Disclosure of Social Security Number), the following is information on whether the disclosure of a social security account number is voluntary or mandatory, by what statutory or other authority such number is solicited, and what uses will be made of it.

    DAVID BECK FINANCIAL SERVICES LLC does not require disclosure of your social security number for the preparation of any College Financial Plan.

    Disclosure of your social security number may be required if you request help filing a financial aid application as part of a financial planning engagement.

    Collaborating with Other Professionals

    When implementing your financial plan, we will work directly with your attorney, tax accountant, and insurance agent. With your permission, we will share relevant aspects of your plan with each professional to ensure your strategy is fully implemented.
